Building the Wall
A 2016 dystopian political thriller that explores the extreme consequences of anti-immigration rhetoric and policies. Set in 2019, it follows a conversation between a former private prison warden, Rick, and Gloria, a professor, as he faces sentencing for atrocities committed in detention centers after a major terrorist attack leads to martial law.

A one-act drama featuring a bigoted father and his well-educated son on a broken-down bridge, recalling events from the day Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated.
It explores how the older generation’s prejudices unconsciously manifest in the son.

Gidion’s Knot
Over the course of a parent/teacher conference, a grieving mother and an emotionally overwhelmed primary school teacher have a fraught conversation about the tragic suicide of the mother’s son, Gidion. Gidion may have been bullied severely—or he may have been an abuser.
