Seeking Playwrights for Ripple Effect Artists.
Accepting 20-25 writers.
Production states: “We are looking for the next provocative playwrights to workshop their writing with us in our Ripple Writing Series. Writers will have access to hearing their work read aloud on a monthly bases along with their play being part of a festival to be heard by producers.
At all monthly events will be at least one published playwright, an audience, and dedicated time towards feedback. In addition, writers will get to have dedicated meetings with dramaturgs over the course of a year. You will also have discounts to Ripple Effect Artists productions which showcase masterful, published works. And of course, writers will have the gift of hearing their work read aloud. Playwrights who go through this program successfully will be passed on to Independent Producers/Investors. In addition, if your play is published and has a successful run, it could be a show we produce with the Ripple Effect Model.
